Cancel for free up to 72h before: 100% refund, no fine print. Between 24-48h before: 50%. Less than 24h: no refund.
Change of plans? Reschedule at no cost up to 24h before, subject to availability.
No-show without notice: ticket is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Force majeure: if such an event affects more than 80% of the service, a full refund or free rescheduling applies, no questions asked.
Refund timeline: processed within 20-28 business days, depending on your payment method.
